AuLaw Organic Farm

The Wong siblings returned to their birthplace to start AuLaw Organic farm in 2010 having also been granted the Organic Crop Production Certificate by the HKORC-Cert Ltd. The farm is now mainly managed by the “Big Sister”, and they are actively engaged in eco-tours to serve as an educational farm and spread public awareness in organic farming. They hope to sustain their farming environment healthily with regenerative practices.

Regenerative Practices to Implement:
Compost application, cover crop, mulching, nutrient management.
